Get an IRC client (KVIRC, mIRC, XChat, HexChat., Chatzilla… ) . Web-based client (except Chatzilla) don’t allow downloads.
Install and configure your IRC software.
Connect to irc.irchighway.net
Join #deadscans
Open the packlist in your browser. Find the number in front of the file you want.
In your software, type /msg XDCC|Deadscans xdcc send #number
That’s all.
